We take great pride in the items we sell. If for any reason you would like to return an item that you buy, we'll assist you with a prompt refund or exchange. You may return all unused merchandise with the original packaging and tags within 30 days of receiving the items. All items returned or exchanged must be unopened, unused and still be in the original packaging. We are not responsible for defects or damage caused by customer error. You will be asked to pay for the return shipping and we will take care of the rest.

All orders are processed as they are received. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible and let us know. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have shipped.

Return Instructions

You first must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from the HippMAMA. Please call us at 847-954-2180 or email us at contact@thehippMAMA.com with the reason for return and we will issue you a RMA number. Any packages received without a RMA number may be refused. Pack the item in the original shipping box or another sturdy box with care. Include a copy of the original invoice along with a note explaining the details of the return or exchange and your RMA number. Please be sure to include item codes for items you would like to exchange for.
